Mixed results for me.

Double-clicking the capture fails with an error dialog I've attached.

Using the File | Open dialog works perfectly.

Drag and drop from Explorer works perfectly.

Using the main display "recent files" list works perfectly.

Looks like it's a command line parsing issue.
