I use display filters to display only subset of packets in file. When I use
menu File -> Export Specified Packets and choose radiobutton "Displayed",
Wireshark will save all packets, the same like chosing "Captured".
This problem I noticed only in this version.
I use wireshark and this function many years. Thanks for this great sw.
Temporary bypassing the problem: use display filter, mark all displayed packets
(CTRL+SHIFT+M) and export marked only.
