Comment # 1 on bug 11268 from Victor Engmark

This is partly user error: I didn't realize that the key file actually has to
point to an *existing* key, and it seems Wireshark doesn't verify that the key
file is an actual key file (which makes it doubly strange that the default
value for this field is the *directory* /usr/share/wireshark).
