Using something like RawCap or DNSQuerySniffer allows for capturing packets
sent to the localhost interface (127.0.0.1) by sniffing raw sockets.
If running software that binds to localhost (127.0.0.1) and sends packets
through a tunnel, you cannot sniff these with Wireshark for Windows.
It'd be useful to be able to sniff 127.0.0.1 over raw sockets.
