rdar://20943483 filed against the Yosemite installer; I recently set up two
VMs, one running Mavericks with XQuartz installed, and updated to Yosemite
after installing XQuartz, and one running Yosemite with XQuartz installed, and
the former one had /usr/X11 -> /opt/X11 before the update but not after the
update while the latter one had /usr/X11 -> /opt/X11 after installing XQuartz,
so it's the Yosemite installer that's trashing the symbolic link.

I'll look at having the Wireshark wrapper re-plant the symbolic link.
