crash dump registry key activation

Hi,

could you execute the KeepCrashDumps.reg file attached and then launch
Wireshark again? This will create a dump file allowing us to have more info
about what's happening (you are the first one to report such an issue). The
file should be written in c:\Temp\CrashDumps folder.
Once you are done, you can deactivate crash dump generation by executing
IgnoreCrashDumps.reg file.
Please also indicate us the exact version used so that we can download the
corresponding .pdb zip file from
https://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win64/
