That could be.  The MEGACO dissector may be based on an older version, I was
just reading the comments in the code.

On a related, but hopefully not too tangential note - There is an ASN.1
description of MEGACO.  Would it make sense to have an ASN.1 description
generate this dissector?  There's a lot of "manual parsing" (with the braces
and commas), that I thought could be better handled with some other Wireshark
functionality (tvb_parse maybe?).
