"just asking the user" is a separate option from "get it from the OS", but both
could be useful.
Whether Wireshark should, as soon as you open a capture with encrypted data,
prompt for the network password is a matter for discussion. Some might like
it, some might not, so that might be something governed by a preference.
WSTSD? (What Should TShark Do?) Should it also prompt for the password on,
for example, /dev/tty on UN*Xes?
