Blue means "no capture in progress", and green means "capture in progress", so
if it's green when there's no capture in progress (or blue when there is),
that's a bug.

Hopefully we can change to a default of "no GTK+, period" in the future, once
the Qt interface is feature-complete and devoid of major bugs.
