The sources are available from https://www.wireshark.org/download/src/ as well
as the various mirrors. There are no separate Qt sources. Within the source
code the Qt UI is in ui/qt and the GTK+ UI is in ui/gtk. You can enable and
disable each UI using configure or CMake flags.
