Seems to be some sort of timing issue with a "trashed" epan_session (part of
epan_dissect_t structure).  I was testing with a 2 frame trace (to reduce times
the breakpoints I have set are hit) and it doesn't happen every time (not sure
if hitting breakpoints is contributing).  But without breakpoint and larger
traces, it crashes every time.
For the moment, I'm guessing this is a GTK only issue.
