Assuming you have a nightly build, you need to use Decode-As and pick CANOpen. 
If you have something other than a week or so, you need to select CANOpen from
the preferences of the CAN dissector.


Fix pushed to Gerrit, and I went with the solution of "use reported length"
instead of trying to list all frame types than can legitimately have 0 size.
