I added the dissection of those 2 information elements, but the Service
Category Program Data seem malformed. It indicates an encoding value of 2
(which means 7-bit ASCII) but the buffer contains the string "storing the
message" coded with a 8-bit alphabet instead of 7-bit.
So with the code I'm about to commit, the text appears as garbage and the IE is
indicated as malformed.
Could you please confirm that the encoding is wrong?
