When viewing Expert Infos / Warnings / Duplicate IP Address and right clicking
to prepare a filter, the following filter is created:

expert.message=="Duplicate IP address configured (192.168.1.1)"

This filter is flagged as invalid. It is easy enough to workaround by choosing
the filter from the Packet Details pane.

arp.duplicate-address-detected

I was unable to find a previously created Bug for this.
