Comment # 1 on bug 11023 from 
Two more additional notes: 1) I should have specified that the infinite loop is
caused by overflowing the offset variable (hence 32-bit platforms only since
that's the width of the length) to the beginning of the data it was parsing,
and 2) this was bug was discovered using Fabian Yamaguchi's tool joern
