Dump with undecoded packets
Build Information:

I’ve found lot of ISUP messages are not decoded by Wireshark. These messages
decoded up to SCTP. The problem concerns only to requests. Responses are
captured like ISUP messages.
In attached file ‘packet number 141’ is a request, ‘packet number 143’ is
response.
If I right click ‘packet number 141’, then click on ‘Decode As...’, select
‘M3UA’, and it works.
