Sorry for the late answer. As far as I can seen it is not working with the
newest stable version (1.10.12) either. I've added an attachment above for You
to try to reproduce the error.

But according to this page the Wireshark (as well as Tshark) is supporting the
serviceChangeReasonStr parameter in ALL version:
