Open a capture and try to save over an existing capture file. The application
will crash shortly after overwriting the capture. Also, when saving a file
using "Save As" the file name doesn't change in the title bar (the title bar
issue might be a duplicate, I haven't checked it).

This occured on 1.99.1, the "stable" development version. It persisted after
uninstalling and installing this version.
