A TCP zero checksum is allowed; a TCP checksum of 0xFFFF is the problematic
value and is probably why Wireshark flags it as an Expert Info.  See
http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc1624.

As for a UDP 0 checksum, refer to the UDP-relevant part of comment 7.
