The 16-bit Bitmap fields are being treated as raw bytes, not a 16-bit value
array (if that's what they're supposed to be). This seems to be the case for
all sized Bitmap fields, perhaps so there is a common filter?
So either this is NOTABUG or an enhancement to break those fields up into
individual hf_ fields with separate filters, which may not be desirable (not
sure if byte field was intentional or laziness).
