Hi Luke, 

I will try to get to this in the near future but you should be able to 
force a "AC 1" decode by selecting : 

File - > Preferences -> GSM_MAP -> Application Context Version "Treat as AC1"

Even when this is done the decode fails. 
As indicated in my initial report, I believe that the issue is with the fact
that

* AbsentSubscriber Phase 1 asn#1 definition absent
* decode_returnError(...) does not take application context into consideration
even though
   for this case, a backwards-incompatable definition exists. 

NOTE: I have not checked the latest source but this was the case with the
version that I logged the bug with.
