The DISSECTOR_ASSERT in register_p_mul_id() should not happen, and is
considered a dissector bug.  This only affects seq/ack analysis and not the
protocol elements, but this check should not be removed because it indicates
that something breaks seq/ack analysis.

I'll apply your patch and have a look at this.
