https://code.wireshark.org/review/#/c/6126/ (not merged yet) greatly improves
the behavior: the widgets get disabled so you can no longer switch the
representation or the stream id.
Gerald, do you prefer to keep the Follow Stream window open when closing the
file, or should we close it also?
If you want to keep it open, it might make sense to keep the elevator active so
that we can still browse the reassembled data but just deactivate the packet
selection.
