I have tried Wireshark's ip_checksum() too, but it produces different value
than given algorithm [1] as you said. Also, I have confirmed that the given
algorithm [1] produces expected result for the given example in this Wiki page
[2]. I am not sure which one is correct.

Time field was described for ack PDU, I made a mistake. Also, I'm using an
older version of Wireshark and didn't confirm by checkng the code. Please
excuse me.
