with PortAudio V19-devel (built Dec 16 2014 14:59:08), with AirPcap.
Running on Linux 2.6.18-348.el5PAE, with locale en_US.UTF-8, with libpcap
version 0.9.4, with libz 1.2.3, Gcrypt 1.4.4, without AirPcap.
Built using gcc 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-54).

Can you please add support for cdr packets with data record format version
11.8.0?
I tried to add asn1 specification to gprscdr myself, but with no success, i
still cannot dissect content of data record transfer request, the only
paramater shown is length.
