Hi Allen,

Wireshark 1.12 introduced a dynamic threshold for out-of-order detection based
on the RTT of your TCP connection (while Wireshark 1.10.11 uses an hardcoded
threshold of 3ms). This change is further discussed here:

In your example you did not give us the timestamps of each packet and the
estimated RTT, but it's likely you are in this use case.
