1.12 added some more sanity checking on RF5 files.
Unfortunately, the sanity checking - and the part of the file-reading code done
when the sanity check passed - was based on an incorrect assumption about
source description records. In the process of reverse-engineering the damaged
RF5 file (after stripping off the header), I discovered and fixed that problem
in the trunk; I've just backported the fix to the 1.12 branch, and the
resulting code can read your capture.
That should appear in the next 1.12-branch release.
