When you do a remote interface packet capture, the capture works the first
time. The second time, you get an error.
Error while capturing packets: bind(): Adress is already in use (code 98)
I looked with TcpView.exe after shutting down Wireshark and there was still a
TCP connection to the host that I connected to.
If I kill this connection I can restart Wireshark and start a new capture
again. Or disable/enable the interface in Windows.
