OK, I was looking at the wrong FAQ, namely
https://appliance.cloudshark.org/faq/, probably because I wasn't expecting to
find the limit mentioned in the, "What features aren't being shown?" section.

But despite it indicating that 10MB is the limit, the actual max, determined
empirically, is only 2MB.  pcapr.net is perhaps only slightly better with a 4MB
max limit (or 500 packets).
