Note:

It appears that all of the Wireshark-1.12 fuzzbot fuzz failures for AMQPDTX.CAP
(after a workaround patch was committed) were caused by a setup issue in that
environment.

So: after that long (but quite educational) detour, back to working on the
original problem: cleanup the amqp dissector as needed to fix this bug.
