4.1.2 (packet.dll version 4.1.0.2001), based on libpcap version 1.0 branch

Discovered when developing Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).

IGMP version 1 is 8 bytes long.
IGMP query version 3 is at least 12 bytes long.

The attached pcap file contains a packet with IGMP packet.
The IGMP packet is recognized by Wireshark 1.6.6 as IGMP query version 3 even
though the IGMP part contains exactly 8 bytes.
