Running on 64-bit Windows 7 Service Pack 1, build 7601, without WinPcap.
Intel Xeon E312xx (Sandy Bridge), with 3558MB of physical memory.
Built using Microsoft Visual C++ 10.0 build 40219

Trying to resolve ip addresses via a hosts file using tshark -H -W n option
does not produce a pcapng file with resolved IP addresses.
