BGP AS_PATH is not parsed correctly when confederations are involved. Frame
2936 - BGP update message that is supposed to contain a route with an AS-path
of (65001) 49076 8551 15169. Hex clearly shows that the path is there, but path
attribute is empty.
Same thing happens for 2-byte and 4-byte AS.
