More like "worked around" than "fixed".
The state of the BPF devices is a little odd - older Wiresharks wouldn't have
created a ton of BPF devices but they would have set the group to access_bpf,
and if nothing had run the BPF devices would have permission r--------, so I'm
not sure *what* happened here, but, somehow, the launch daemon didn't get run
at install time.
