*Generalize*, not simplify.  Unfortunately, DCE RPC "Decode As" is different
from other "Decode As", and the generalized version was making assumptions that
weren't true for the DCE RPC case.  (What's really needed is a generalized
version of "decode this conversation as", which could be used by DCE RPC *and*,
for example, TCP, but that's a bigger project; a quick fix is sufficient for
1.12.)
