I suggest building 1.10.8 instead:
sudo apt-get build-depends wireshark
dget
http://http.debian.net/debian/pool/main/w/wireshark/wireshark_1.10.8-1~bpo70+1.dsc
cd wireshark-*
dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -rfakeroot
