Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

Compiled the latest version 1.12.0 from src using these options in configure:
./configure --with-ssl --enable-packet-editor --with-qt=yes

These are the same options I've used with all previous versions. Build worked
fine. The program runs ok. When I select localhost, it captures fine. When I
select eth0, nothing happens, it doesn't capture anything. 

I have downgraded back to v 1.10.9, which works fine. What did you break? :)
