No that's totally unrelated. The ASN1 pugin was used to decode specific ASN1
stuff relaying on external files (BER only) I beleve and has long since been
replaced by dissectors automatically generated from ASN1 documents. Whitout
looking into the problem I suspect it has got something to do with heuristics
or ports used. As a workaround you could dissable the T.125 protocol.
