Works fine in Wireshark-win64-1.10.9

Just go to View/Name Resolution/Enable for MAC layer
Using 1.10.9 the MAC addresses in the detail pane immediately update to use the
manufacturer names like Cambridg_00:0c:c4

On the official 12.0 and 12.0rc3 builds this does not work. I tried View/Reload
after enabling it and that didn't help.

The entries in the manuf database appear unchanged (though the manual is wrong
because 7.7 refers to the ethers file which does not exist).

Any ideas what is going wrong?
