Comment # 2 on bug 10301 from Peter Wu

I am not doing an in-tree build, but have the config.h because otherwise the
compile_commands.json file generated by cmake-DCMAKE_EXPORT_COMPILE_COMMANDS=1
for clang-check complains that config.h is not found. This time it got out of
sync (since I wanted to test a build without libgcrypt), but otherwise it works
fine.
