Configure script output log

configure script bug - no build information.

While trying to build Wireshark 1.10.8 I launched :
$ ./configure --enable-setuid-install=yes --enable-setcap-install --with-ssl
and this didn't configure the build to install dumpcap as setuid
The Wireshark package has been configured with the following options.
