In addition that this problem looks indeed to be a problem of the TurboCap
board/drivers the version of Wireshark that shows this problem (1.0.3) is no
longer supported by the Wireshark community. Can you please try against
1.12.0-rc2 or 1.10.8? In case you have problems because you need to use a
rather old Linux distro: Why not ask Riverbed for the source of the kernel
module and try to adapt it to a current kernel/distro? I assume they are
required to provide it on request to comply with the kernel's GPLv2 license.
Closing. Feel free to reopen in case you are convinced that this is indeed a
bug in a still supported version of Wirshark.
