I see two separate issues here:
1) The outer ethernet trailer: IMO that's "interesting" behaviour of the
sending device (no idea why we interpret the last 4 bytes as FCS though
2) There are 8 bytes between the GRE header and the embedded Ethernet frame
that are incorrecly seen as start of the inner Ethernet frame.
