I've improved the vnc reassembly logic a bit so that tshark "one pass"
reassembly and dissection of the VNC protocol generates *much* less output.

Although I can't do the test using CLang which originally generated this bug
report, it seems reasonable to think that the updated VNC dissector should not
cause this specific problem related to a memory allocation failure.
So: I'm marking this as fixed.
