This bug hasn't been resolver in versions 1.8.x through to 1.12.0 RC2.
This bug isn't present in any of the version 1.6.x up to 1.6.16.
When an VOIP call is played in the RTP Player it now places a vertical line in
the position on the stream that is being played but when it progresses to the
next position it doesn't rewrite the black vertical line with the original
image and leaves the vertical line there corrupting the original image. This
happens to every second or third position the cursor is displayed. See RTP
