Is there at least somewhere a medium detail list of features in Qt which are
expected to be working and those which are known to be left for future
development? 

This would serve the dual purpose of helping people downloading the Qt version
know what they should expect to be operational, let them file targeted bugs
against anything which is supposed to be working but which isn't or which has
regressed and save some bugs like this which take your time to reply to and
then close as "will fix".

If there is such a list, I've not found it and it would be helpful. 

And if, by the way, the Qt version of Wireshark is still considered this much
of a work in progress, why are the current downloads marked as release
candidates? I certainly had an expectation they were feature-complete when I
saw that.
