If you are running Wireshark 1.11.3, 1.8.0 through 1.8.14, 1.10.0 through
1.10.7, or any pre-1.8.0 version of Wireshark, such as 1.6.8, you will, as I
already mentioned, see bug 10139, which can cause problems dissecting QoS
frames (which those frames are).

They should - and they do, if you use Wireshark 1.8.15, 1.10.8, or the current
version of Wireshark on the trunk or the 1.12 branch (which is *NOT* 1.11.3).
Do *NOT* use 1.6.8 or 1.11.3.
