Still there with "Wireshark-win64-1.99.0-22-gabed02a.exe". It is surprising
that after "full" uninstall of 1.11.3, including personal settings and
everything else that was possible to select in the uninstaller, launching
1.99.0-22 and going to "Capture Options" the wrong filter ("not tcp port 3389")
was still there in the "history" drop-down list.

I did not mention the port 3389 before which might have been significant: is
this some default/built-in filter included in Wireshark which overwrites the
last entered capture filter when opening Capture Options dialog?

After the aforementioned uninstallation of 1.11.3/install 1.99.0-22, the QT+
version's welcome page greets me with "Capture filter: not tcp port 3389". The
filter is on a red background and does not change to green even if I modify the
filter.
