Discovered while working on Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).

RFC 5846 (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5846#section-5.1) describes 3 flags in
Binding Revocation Indication Message: P, V, G.
The second flag, V, is described as IPv4 HoA Binding Only.

However, Wireshark 1.6.6 describes this flag as "Acknowledge (A) Flag".
