To quote the code in ipproto.h (trunk where this "bug" still appears):
/* 61 is reserved by IANA for any host internal protocol */
/* 61 is used by UCL's SHIM6 implementation as Next Header for SHIM6 */
Wireshark treats next header 0x3d as SHIM6 for UCL and calls the dissector
accordingly. Should this functionality really be removed? (converted to
preference?)
